I took a quick trip over to Warehouse23 just now, checking my library to see if I owned something already or not.
There is a link to SJG's "new store." This takes you to a Shopify page.
So . . . is this a replacement for Warehouse23? Will my files transfer over? Will I need to create a new account? Hmm . . . I need to dig around and find out. Has anyone done so yet?

I recommend using the same email you used for W23. Pretty sure that was the recommendation when they made an announcement about it a few months back when it was announced... where ever it was announced where I saw it. Anyway, I did so and everything proted over just fine. I think it takes a few days if you still make purchases from W23, since I forgot about the Shopify store, bought stuff last night at W23, and and it didn't show in Shopify right away (and I haven't bothered to check yet today).
Apparently you do have to create a new account, but it instantly transfers over all of your Warehouse 23 stuff (I just checked).
ReplyDeleteI tried it last month. I had to use the email that associated with my Warehouse23 account to create an account. When I did all my stuff appeared.
ReplyDeleteYes, they seem to have transferred all of my many purchases over ot the new store. I think there was need to create a new account.
ReplyDeleteIt took a couple of months, but it looks like all my purchases have been transferred to the new shop. Haven't gone through it with a fine-toothed comb yet.
