DF Felltower: Ornate resale value & armor refitting costs

Two rulings on armor, largely, for DF Felltower.

Ornate Armor Resale

Ornate weapons and armor resale at base of 80%, not 40%, of purchase price.

Notes: This is a change. I'd ruled long ago Ornate sold at 100% of value. This has meant a few things - people essentially always take ornate, because it allows you to "rent" armor until you have money for a better set. There is no cost incurred for trading it in on a new set. It also doesn't make a lot of sense in the game world, because a merchant buying at 100% has no margin of profit, and loses on every transaction. At 80%, it's still a good deal for both sides. Finally, it made armor as good of a piece of loot as coins and jewelry, if not better, which is always not quite what I liked to see happen.

Refitting Armor

Refitting a suit of armor for a new wearer costs 10% of the all-in, final cost of the armor including all prefixes and enchantments. A normal suit of armor generally will fit another of the same general size and shape. Fine armor always needs a refit for a new wearer. Sufficiently unique armors (such as Magescale) cannot be refitted, due to a lack of materials, know-how, or the delicacy of the armor or the fragility of its enchantments.

Cost in this cast is always based on the cost to purchase, not the resale value - refitting Crude armor (resale value - none!) is not free.

Refitting armor takes 1d+1 weeks, as for any special order.
