Pyramid Scheme Kickstarter - BackerKit Survey Done

I came home today to a BackerKit survey request. I filled it out . . . now we play the waiting game.

I have no idea when the PDFs actually come, but I was 691st of the surveyed backers to say what I wanted (just the 3 core PDFs). Hopefully it is soon. I'd like to see how my article looks laid out and with a much better map than the one Vic did and then I scribbled on with "Paint."

  1. The waiting game sucks. Let's play Hungry, Hungry Hippos!

  2. I decided to pick up some GURPS DF books that I hadn't bought over the years in the Backer Kit as add ons, not realizing the would not instantly show up in Warehouse23. Sigh. And I didn't even purchase the $30 credit add-on when it was offered... I've been too busy with work and making some goofy decisions in the few minutes of spare time.

    1. I think that's an honest mistake. Why wouldn't your stuff just show up when it was ready, right? But I did have that concern with add-ons . . . why go through BackerKit when I could just go through the normal process I thought to myself.

    2. "On Monday, February 15, we will close and lock completed surveys. At that time, those of you who completed your surveys will receive your PDFs through BackerKit. On February 22, we will run the process again for those who did not complete their surveys before February 14th. On March 1, we will take steps to properly close down the BackerKit stage."

    3. I have already rec'd 2 emails from w23 to say the new Pyramid content is on BackerKit. Most of my old content is already up on BackerKit too. So that is nice and quick.

However it is worth noting that a couple times with SJG kickstarter projects that I found they have missed adding items obtained via KS/BK to my w23 account, despite adding other items from the same project. Mistakes can happen, and they did fix it, but I had to chase. So I would say definitely worth double-checking after the dust has settled and letting them know if anything is missing.
