I know this exists somewhere, but I can't seem to find it . . . did someone do a conversion document for GURPS Taveller 3rd edition to 4th edition? Unofficial or official?
The only official conversion is GURPS Interstellar Wars, which mostly shows that a lot of the stuff from 3E is easily usable as-is in 4E (starship design and combat, for example). The main conversions outside of that that I am aware of were an article in the SJG JTAS that provided 4E stats for the weapons in GT and this conversion of the major race templates done by Phil Reed. Reed also has a couple of other articles of use in that regard.

There was the Traveller sourcebook, Interstellar Wars, for GURPS 4th ed.
